4) Each Day consists of 2 Lessons and 2 Separate videos
5) Set aside 3 Days in your week to complete 2 Lessons per day (approx 30 min per day)
6) Each Day consists of a "Breath & Flow" lesson + a focus lesson of the day and will be either "Balance", "Strength", or "Stretch".

What to expect in Week 1...
Mindful Movement & Breath Work: This gentle yoga flow focuses on mindful breathing and spine mobilization through a series of seated and floor-based movements.
Balance for Better Posture: A series of balance exercises centered on maintaining good posture. Maintaining a tall, stacked spine and calm breathing is fundamental to successful balance.
Core Strengthening: A strengthening workout focuses on maintaining a flat back and using active breathing to gain better control and stability in core.
